Before purchasing the nails. make sure to have the proper measurements. Sizing kits are available here. Once the nails have been purchased there will be no return or exchanges due to the nature of the nails. However, if there seems to be a problems with the nails, email us @Neatlypressednails@gmail.com and we will work to find a solution.WHAT IF MY NAILS DON'T FIT WITH THE CORRESPONDING NAIL CHART?
Because everyone has different nail shapes and sizes, custom nail sizes are an available option, alongside the standard nail sizes. If you choose the custom nail size option a text box will pop up asking for your nail sizes, from thumb to pinky. HOW LONG DO PRESS ON NAILS LAST ?
Press on nails can last for 1 day to 2 weeks, depending on how long you want to wear them & how well you prep your nails. Each set come with nail glue and nail tabs. The nail tabs are suggested for short term wear, but If you want the nails to last long, wearing the nail tabs and glue is the best option. I LOST MY NAIL !! MY NAIL BROKE !!! WHAT DO I DO?
Replacement nails are available for purchase on the website. When you place an order for a replacement nail a textbox will appear, there should be an example template that shows ypu how to input the information needed for the nail replacement.Processing and Shipping
